Happycar offers irrevocable services and hence we do not offer any refund of membership costs, if the customer has used any of the Happycar.in services.
A window period of 15 days is provided for cancellation of membership, subject to the member not having used any of the services during that period, including advice or recommendations over phone. A cancellation charge of Rs.250 shall be deducted.
Happycar reserves the right to refuse membership to an individual or a particular model of car based on risk analysis and shall not be obliged to offer any clarification for the same. The membership costs thus collected shall be refunded in full.
Happycar shall also have the discretion to discontinue the membership of an individual or a particular model of car at any point during the membership validity. For such cancellations, Happycar shall refund the member with the membership fees remaining calculated on a pro-rata basis.
All refunds shall be made through NEFT / RTGS within a period of 1 Month.
