This is a just a small thank you note for Happycar as I am one of those happy customers of yours. I have had multiple instances where I have availed the services from Happycar which was always a very good experience; here I am sharing my most recent experience with Happycar.

My car service was booked by Happycar for replacing the air mask meter on my Skoda Octavia for which my regular service centre had quoted me 18000/- including  labor and I didn’t want to spend that much and requested Happycar to suggest a cost effective option if available. In the morning a guy calls me around 9 AM, car is picked up from my doorstep. I got a call from Happycar by about 2 PM confirming that the check-up is done and the spare needs to be replaced with all the costing details for which I agreed and the car was dropped back home by 8PM by the same guy.

My first experience when I drove the car after it came back from service was amazing, the pickup had improved drastically. I was complaining about this to my regular service center for about a year but the reason that they gave was not related to the air mask meter and there was no change in pickup after their service. The total bill for this spare including labor was 6800/- which is awesome.

My experience from the time I explained the problem in my car till it was delivered back home was smooth, no hassles. Above that I have saved a lot of money....

Without knowledge on a topic, automobile in this case, you may not be able to make an informed decision, folks may take undue advantage of your ignorance, and the sheer realization that you were taken for a ride causes a lot of frustration. 

It didn't take long for me to realize that fact. Take a recent incidence of my car-repair, where I was charged for a part that was not really required. And looking at the work-order, with very little knowledge of what goes under the hood, I could have probably paid that extra-amount of about Rs. 10,000. However, the folks from the Happycar understood the problem, clarified with the concerned people at the dealers and got the charges revoked. And it is not this occasion alone, but they have saved me money with their expert advice; right from offering help in selecting a vehicle and negotiating price, getting minor paint-jobs done, to major repairs and selecting best possible insurance. In addition, there are a number of value-added services like picking up your car from home and dropping it back after repairs etc. 
So if you think about the peace of mind of having an expert on your side, the services it offers, and the amount of money it could possibly save you; the Happycar membership is all worth its penny. This is something I would highly recommend to professionals focused in their area of expertise, and have little time or inclination to keep up-to-date on automobile industry and its services, to make better choices for themselves.
